Livia Piermattei works in the area of cultural change (change programs, internal communication and engagement, leadership, integrated thinking and sustainability) and stakeholder governance: today as a management consultant and previously as manager of non profit organizations. Since 2007 Livia is Managing Partner and member of the Board of Directors of Methodos, where she leads the Knowledge Center for Change to Integrate Sustainability and the International Development. Livia is a member of the Scientific Committee of Nedcommunity, the Italian community of independent non executive directors and coordinates the reflection group on new leadership models for Board members. She has a degree cum laude from the University of Rome, La Sapienza, Political Sciences Faculty. In Methodos, working on clients leaders in their industry in Italy and EMEA, being they profit, non profit or public, Livia supports CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Business, HR and Communication Directors in the transformative projects of their organization. She is especially focused on programs to accelerate the sustainable implementation of new organizational strategies and industrial plans; training for management and top management; internal and external stakeholder governance projects. She has developed a model of Integrated Thinking that integrates sustainability into culture and reporting. Livia regularly publishes on Harvard Businss Review Italy and is the author of the only Italian contribution to the e-book: “The landscape of Integrated Reporting” published by Harvard Business School.
